Leading yourself and others. We'll explore your needs, personal and business. To unleash your potential, I'll stimulate, challenge and confront you. We'll quickly reach your key needs and themes. My coaching is loving, honest, direct, smart and provocative. My own experience and expertise is deep and long as a coach, consultant and executive. I'm an accredited Senior Practitioner with EMCC and achieved two relevant Masters' in Business Administration and in Executive coaching from Ashridge Business School in the UK. In addition, I'm certified in instruments as Management Drives, Saville Wave, Belbin, MBTI, DISC. Every coaching process starts with an intake call.
Process
Stuck, frustrated, questioning yourself, a need for change, transitioning from 1.0 to 2.0? Connect and I'll help you, phone, zoom or f2f. Based in Amsterdam, but working around the world; London, Paris, New-York. It starts with an introductory call to experience our "fit" and your needs and questions. If both confident, a proposal and quote will follow for confirmation. There are two standard programs: 1. Short, Intense: two long sessions, € 975,- ex. VAT; 2. Personal Power: five sessions, € 1.850,- ex. VAT. Everything else custom-made: € 200,- per hour ex. VAT. Over years, many executives, entrepreneurs, consultants and top-managers have benefitted from our coaching, concerning their personal and business challenges, from start-ups, scale-ups, fastgrowing companies, mnc's, in different industries, have benefited from my coaching.
